We want you to love your purchase! If any item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us in its original, unused, and unopened condition with an enclosed RMA number within 30 days of your order for a full refund.
Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and $9.99 for shipping and handling.
If your item appears to be defective, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you in troubleshooting the product. We are often able to resolve the issue without you having to go through the returns process.
All returns are required to go through our Returns Management System and have an associated RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). To create an RMA, send us a message using this form. Write “return request” as your subject and include your order number.
If you checked out “as guest” please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you create an RMA for you.
Ship the item, along with the generated RMA to the address provided by our customer service representative.
Once the return is received and inspected to ensure that it is in its original, unused, and unopened condition we will issue a refund. Anything deemed as damaged intentionally or foul play is suspected a fee will be deducted from the refund.
We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. It can take up to 5 business days from date product is received in order for the system to credit your account.
